What is this thing called File Buddy?
File Buddy is best thought of as a collection of tools for managing the vast number of files and folders found on your hard drive. A complete list of what File Buddy can do is too extensive to list in its entirety, but the following lists many of the things you can do with it quickly and easily.

View and edit a wide range of file and folder information in the info window. Create droplets to automate common changes.

Can I use File Buddy 9 with my Mac?
File Buddy 9 is fully compatible with Mac OS 10.3.9 – 10.4.11 and has only a few issues in Mac OS X 10.5. File Buddy 7 is still available for use with Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X 10.1 – 10.2.8.

What do I get?
The File Buddy 9 disk image contains the File Buddy application, which includes help updated for File Buddy 9 for use with Apple’s Help Viewer and the Universal Binary File Buddy contextual menu plug-in for use with PowerPC and Intel Macs.
