By downloading File Buddy you acknowledge that you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Trial Period
Trial copies of File Buddy are fully functional, but will eventually expire if a valid serial number is not entered. To ensure you have an adequate opportunity to evaluate it, File Buddy allows at least 30 days and at least 10 launches. Once the trial expires, a valid serial number will be required to continue using File Buddy. The purpose of evaluating File Buddy is to determine if it provides enough value to you to warrant purchasing it.
By downloading File Buddy, you agree that you will not use File Buddy beyond the 30-day/10-launch trial period without purchasing/upgrading. If you wish to continue using it past the evaluation period, purchase it to receive a serial number. Commercial Software/Redistribution Policy
File Buddy is not shareware. File Buddy is commercial software requiring a full-time development effort and distributed electronically by SkyTag Software, Inc. File Buddy may not be uploaded to any other site for downloading or distributed by any means without the express permission of SkyTag Software, Inc. If you are aware of a site where you think File Buddy should be posted, please contact us to have them put on our distribution list.
If you wish to include File Buddy in a collection of trial software on a CD or wish to distribute File Buddy in any other way, please and we can discuss the options. Contacting us is the best way to guarantee that your favorite site always has the most up-to-date version of File Buddy available.
